BUSINESS CONTACT DATABASE
DMSPRO™ stores Third Party Contacts such as Banks, Solicitors, agencies enabling the practice to
build up a database of individuals, businesses and suppliers contacted on a regular basis.
The database includes the function to add details of Third Party Contact employees.
Documents created within DMSPRO™ to a Third Party Contact are automatically addressed to the correct Contact,
and Contact employee. This correspondence is stored in the Correspondence file for the Client to which the
document relates. This feature is UNIQUE to DMSPRO™.
The CONTACT DATABASE is accessed within DMSPRO™ via the
SHORTCUT BAR. The database includes the function to add details of Third Party Contact employees.
