DMSPRO™ MARKETING feature offers the facility to create targeted direct mail campaigns according to specific Customer and Supplier criteria such as location and Customer or Supplier Type as well as using information from the Extra Details and Services features.

The documents created can then be filed in each Customer’s file for future reference.

Follow up actions to the mailings are recorded within the Marketing Module for future reference and further mailings can be created based on the outcomes from the original project and the follow up actions.
